Brandon is a 20 y old healthy college student who has been anon-competitive runner since his freshman year in high school. As arunner, he stretches regularly but has no experience with resistancetraining. He has hired you to help him improve his whole-body muscularstrength and endurance. He wants to train at the park near his homesince he loves exercising outdoors and has no desire to go to a gym. Hewould like you to work with him twice per week for 30 minutes persession, at least in the beginning.
