Your task here is to conduct a Strategy/CSBUS -or BOTH a WHO/WHAT/HOW-BU analysis and a 4-Poles Corporate Strategy analysis. BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE -THINK OF ALL strategy elements. MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE A SYNTHESIS. MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE AN EXECUTIVE CONCLUSION: In CSBUS you must tell whether the company is creating value and how and whether you think it will continue to do so. our deliverable is a TWO pages.
