What is one thing that you learned during this course that prompted you to make a lifestyle change? Why did you make a change? Or, what changes would you like to implement in the future?

I learned many things throughout this course. One of the things I found most interesting is the necessity of Folic Acid for childbirth and pregnancy. This doesnt directly correlate to me because Im a guy but in future years to come I will have my mind on this needed nutrient to have a healthy child. Other than this, this course would make anyone want to have better health choices when it comes to food and daily living. I for one have taken the gym more seriously and have made a daily devotion to at least an hour in the gym. With this I have cooked more, and consciously kept an eye on my junk food consumption. All in all, this has been one of my favorite courses. Thanks Professor Fogtry for the amazing course!
