Objectives:

- Identify the general developmental differences between boys and girls.
- Describe how to create an classroom that is fair to all genders.
- Explain Title IX and the push for womens equality in education.
- Understand the debate over single-sex schooling.
- Identify the importance of incorporating LGBTQ+ curriculum in the classroom.
- Describe strategies for creating an inclusive classroom environment for LGBTQ+ students.

Diversity ReportEDU-200: Foundations of EducationAs you have gained a bit of knowledge on the idea of diversity in the realm of education, you will need to complete an analysis report on an article that you find that discusses the importance of diversity in education.First, search for an article via the EGCC online library that touches on diversity in education in any facet i.e. working with multicultural students, minority teacher experiences, working with diverse learners etc. NOTE: The article must be a research-based article (i.e. peer reviewed and/or backed up with actual research/evidence). Read the article, and note anything in particular that you find to be important or essential.After reading the article, you are to write a 300-500 word (1.5-2 page) analysis of the article.Your analysis should include answers toall of the following questions: What is the article about? What are the key points? How does the article relate to what you have read, seen, or discussed in class? Why is this article important? Do you agree or disagree with the claims made in the article? Why or why not?Finally, please be sure that you cite your article in proper APA style at the end of your analysis.
