Each student will select a (current serving) C.E.O./President of a business or other non-profit organization and profile their leadership approach and effectiveness.   The sources used to write the paper may be from any professional business periodical/publication,  Internet (Web) sites, and/or personal interviews conducted.   Identify the leadership style/approach of the selected C.E.O./President and compare and contrast to the leadership theories/models addressed in the current literature (course textbooks).    In the Introductory paragraph state “up-front” the primary source of information used to write the paper, identify the selected C.E.O./President, their period of service, and their self proclaimed approach/style of leadership.    In the body (narrative) section of the paper speculate as to the effectiveness of the leadership approach attributed to and/or exhibited by the profiled C.E.O./President.   Compare/contrast the approach to leadership of the profiled C.E.O./President to the theories/models of leadership in the current literature (course textbook).   In the conclusion section of the paper suggest if the leadership approach of the profiled leader may also be effective in other business or organizational settings.   State if you would like to work for and with the C.E.O./President profiled.
