Overall Quality
Must demonstrate both breadth and depth of understanding in how the material can be integrated into the student’s current or future employment. Student’s should be thoughtful in the application of the article, addressing both obvious and less obvious nuance.
Must demonstrate a basic understanding of how the article relates to their workplace. Obvious nuance must also be addressed
Demonstrate minimal understanding of the article as it relates to the student’s employement. Nuance may not be addressed in depth.

Acceptable grammar and flow throughout the section.

Reaction Length
The reaction section should be between 1 and 2 pages SINGLE SPACED. A length of 2 to 4 pages DOUBLE SPACED is also acceptable. Font should be 12 pt Times New Roman.
Note: Other fonts which artificially manipulate the length of the paper are not acceptable. Similarly, margins which are obviously set to manipulate page length are not acceptable.
